  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all silver-branded tags and security seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
